They switch our reservation from greer peaks lodge to a cabin that was to be an upgrade. It wasn’t an upgrade, told us that the lodge was blocked out for those dates, Sofa in cabin was in terrible condition, broken very uncomfortable. This was a downgrade for us. Also, the lodge appeared to have vacancies, we took a tour and it wasn’t close to being full on our dates. The lodge was beautiful the cabin was terrible, we should receive a credit for our two day stay based on the condition. This cabin shouldn’t have been rented in this condition. Staff never got back to me on rental adjustment, We also have a vacation rental of our own and I would be mortified to rent something like this to someone. Not Happy

Bed was very uncomfortable. Could see that it was somewhat aged as the king had the typical hump in the middle dividing two sides of the bed indicative for being an older bed.
