I booked a room in April. One week before my stay, they called to cancel my reservation due to a “computer glitch.” They then proceeded to charge my card after canceling my stay. I’m disputing this charge now. I strongly recommend the Hampton Inn, where I ended up staying, instead.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. Customer service was very good. Web site showed wrong check-in time (4 pm, not 3) but the front desk did a fine job getting me in as early as possible.

The room was very clean and spacious. The grounds were pleasing. The hotel lobby was immaculate. The restaurant on site is an added bonus.
