During our stay at this place. There was no hot water at all. we reported this to the Front Desk and they apologized and they stated they would give a $30 credit which never happened . I called about three times after our stay to ask about the credit we never received. They always stated that we would see the credit in the next couple of days which never did happened. It is now January 2024 and still the credit was never received. I dont know how many people staying there that week were promised the credit and never received it.

Great stay and would revisit again
It was my wife, myself and our almost 2 year old. We are so glad we stayed at The Lodge, as we wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else. It was so nice, accommodating, the rooms were clean & nice, pretty spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave, ac/heat worked well, nice bathroom, etc. Only suggestion is new pillows for sure. Otherwise, the ambience there was great, fire places, decor, the restaurant Rebeccas was great and the bar was cool, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

We arrived very late (11:30pm!) on New Year’s Eve, but were still welcomed warmly and promptly by all the staff. The room was absolutely beautiful, and we were able to walk around the property to take it all in. Everything was clean and in fantastic condition. Nothing was in disrepair. Also, all of the staff was so kind and helpful. The bar at Rebecca’s was about to close but still was happy to serve us a drink before midnight. Took a tour of the tower and that was cool. We can’t wait to stay here again!
