Unit was very nice, extremely clean and spacious. proximate to the beach is amazing. We saw a rocket launch on the beach which was pretty cool. Owner was extremely quick to answer all of our questions when we reached out to him. Definitely will try to get again in the future for sure.

Pretty, simple and spacious beachfront condo
This pretty condo is in a beautiful location just south of downtown Cocoa Beach. It is only a few steps to the ocean with views from almost every room. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. Very nice to have a designated parking spot, although I believe there are only about 9 units in the building so it's quiet and calm. Perfect for a little getaway. This condo is ideal for an individual or couple or maybe even a family. Definitely not a party zone. The kitchen and bathrooms are fresh and new with gorgeous countertops in the kitchen, and nice appliances, as well as the full size washer and dryer. Everything was spotlessly clean with no lingering odors or anything. I especially appreciate a space like this that's uncluttered and streamlined. It was a relaxing getaway in every sense of the word.

Relaxing Stay Right on the Beach
Being right on the beach is always great.We have stayed at the location once before and enjoyed it but we were on the first floor so were a little leery of carrying our beach stuff down the stairs. However, with the help of the elevator it was super easy! The inside of the condo was very nice and comfortable. Great view of the beach. Will definitely rent again in the future!

We just finished up our week long stay at this lovely condo. Loved the view and not so crowded Beach. Easy walk to get to beach. Pool was relaxing as well. Never crowded. Balcony was just the right size for our family to be together in the evenings. We will definitely come back!

Nice Place to Stay on Cocoa Beach
The property is on the south end of Cocoa Beach and was nice and quiet. The Condo has an amazing view of the ocean out of both the master and the living area and dining window. Quiet corner unit. Not spotless, but still passed the clean test. Beds and furniture are reasonably comfortable. Kitchen was stocked enough to do the basics. Blinds were old and a bit hard to manage. It; san older building. Kitchen and Maser bath are renovated, Shared bath not renovated at the time of our stay. Overall GREAT VALUE and would definitely stay again.

A wonderful stay
We were able to have a wonderful week staying in this ocean front condo. The condo was more spacious than the pictures show and it had everything we needed. It was great to have a small pool to utilize and we had the beach basically to ourselves. I would not hesitate to stay again with my family.
