Property is old - but very fun for kids it has a surf shop attracted to it - my junior suite was over looking the gift shop .. strange waking up to no window to see Florida sunshine Beds were comfortable- plenty of towels - toilet sits very low ! Trevor at the front desk was awesome 👏 highlight of the staff we interacted with. The cafe downstairs needed more help yesterday- more training on service too ! Dog barking next door and outlets in vanity not working nate it hard to feel good about spending $262 on a room!

Hotel issues with employees.

Check in was late,late due to lack of housekeeping personnel present. Had to wait 3 hours past check in time for room to be clean. Housekeeping didn’t even show up to clean room during stay until day before we left, upon just asking for clean towels, were told they didn’t have any. Restaurant was great, bed was comfortable and front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful as possible but that is all I can say positive about 3 night stay.

Not as expected

Pros: Good location, Starbucks in the hotel, gym open 24/7, fridge and microwave in room, Winn Dixie across the street.
Cons: Bed linens and bed
Location: Beach, water sports,
This hotel looks like it should be excellent, but it was extremely overpriced. The room had a "dirty locker room" odor and the tiny pool only had approximately 4 lounge chairs, one table with about 6 chairs around it. Only stayed one night, but would not have wanted to stay longer.

Nice hotel for business travel.

The front desk staff was exceptional, especially on the night of my arrival. Got in late and they were ready with everything the moment I walked in the door. Room was huge (two queens on ground floor) and clean. Beds were a little soft for my taste, but that's just personal preference. Shop is fun and Shark Grill and Bar had good food and nice decor. Building was clean and updated. Parking was easy and convenient (note, there is a charge). Right next door to Ron Jons and about 1 block to beach (easy walk). Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
