Excellent hotel
When we walked up m to check-in, I was a little worried that the hotel wouldn't live up to the on line pictures. The room was super nice and spacious. Very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Great price and friendly staff. We'll be back

According to the email I received with my reservation confirmation, check-in is open until 11 pm. But when we arrived at 9 pm to check in, the door was locked and there was only a telephone number posted on the desk inside, which you could barely see through the door, to call. We called the number. There we were, standing in a howling blizzard with below zero wind chill, yelling over the phone to a guy who couldn’t hear because his TV was on too loud. I had made a reservation but he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about. I know it’s a holiday weekend, but this is really the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Excellent stay
The hotel staff was very friendly and everything looked newly renovated. The room itself was spotless, and you could tell there was a lot of care that went into keeping the place top notch! The beds were a little firm for my taste, but you’re staying in a hotel with fresh clean sheets, rooms, they even left chocolates and water bottles in the room. 10/10 service. To anyone on the fence, I recommend staying here - someone who’s in a new hotel room every other week.

The linens and towels were great. The bed was comfy. The carpet was very budget (thin), but clean. The hotel is at the edge of downtown Cody. The website suggested there was a breakfast but there was none. The walls were also thin, as other reviewers mentioned. The breakfast and thin walls is why I gave this hotel a 4 not a 5. Overall, for the price and location, I would stay there again.
