According to the email I received with my reservation confirmation, check-in is open until 11 pm. But when we arrived at 9 pm to check in, the door was locked and there was only a telephone number posted on the desk inside, which you could barely see through the door, to call. We called the number. There we were, standing in a howling blizzard with below zero wind chill, yelling over the phone to a guy who couldn’t hear because his TV was on too loud. I had made a reservation but he acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about. I know it’s a holiday weekend, but this is really the worst customer service I have ever seen.
