Overall a great experience. I could see that some work was recently done on the room. The caulking in the bathroom brand new but a sloppy job around the toilet left silicone dried on sides of toilet and floor. Not a deal breaker just noticable. Elevator carpet is filthy. Floor drain in pool area is plugged and floor is flooded. Again not deal breakers. The good is it was super quiet. Bed was super comfy. Food is great. Staff are very nice. And best of all price was right. Thanks and we'll be back some day.

They were very understaffed no room cleaning or stocking we had to do that. Lots of angry guests due to this and wi fly constantly going out. In spite of this the staff was excellent! Always friendly and helpful especially the guy who worked the night shift. We saw many people in his face yelling and he stayed calm and tried to help.

Beds were comfy and it was quiet for sleeping. Popular after Silverwood hotel (us included) so if you don't like kids... Sub standard cleaning: pink gunk in corners of tub and shower; bathroom floor dirty; made me suspect other areas of room. Tub drain extremely slow. No tissues in bath Breakfast o.k but very busy with long lines and people crowding. I won go back
