Always a pleasure!
This is my third or 4th stay & every time it’s been great! From the moment you check in the staff are all really friendly & helpful. Rooms are always lovely! Breakfast is great! Look forward to going to Colchester so I can stay there!

An excellent hotel. Just a couple of niggles - our bathroom did not have a soft closing toilet seat, there were no biscuits on tea/coffee tray and would have been nice to have some body lotion and hand cream in room
