Friendly, helpful, staff, but during the pandemic the cleaning crew was limited, so common areas (apart form the lobby and cafe) were a little unclean.

My only complaint was that there was no one at the starbucks counter the morning I was leaving. I wanted to get coffee for my drive but over all it was a good stay

Clean

The staff was fabulous and very polite! The young women at the Bisto realized that our breakfast was included in our room rate and immediately issued a return credit to my credit card. The food was very good! The room was clean and cozy. I will definitely stay here again!
