Excellent lighting and electrical outlets in room. It was spacious and had all the things I needed although it took me three or four days to find the hair dryer. Only complaint was that just one of the two elevators was working and it was kind of sketchy _ slow moving and making strange noises.

The bed was uncomfortable being that the center of the bed was sunk in causing me to keep rolling towards the center of the bed whiles was trying to stay on the edge.

Sorry for any inconvenience during your stay. Did you notify the front desk during your stay, so that your room could've been changed?

Check your credit card account. I was asked to run my card for incidentals (I had paid for the room online). I asked the woman at the counter how much they were charging and she said $50. That night I checked online and saw that she had charged almost $200. When I asked her about it when we got back to the hotel, she said it was for the room rate and incidentals. My room rate was not this amount. I said that is not what you told me. She said not to worry that it would be back in my account in 5-7 days. I reiterated that you said it would only be $50. She was a total liar about it and said that is not what she told me and I asked her if she was going to stand there and lie? Horrible customer service. Cleanliness was not great. Pool was nice though. I will never go to La Quinta again.

Extremely warm and relaxing atmosphere hotel

My check in was quick and courteous..... Room was clean and refreshing. Would definitely come back again.

Very close to FedEx Field

Pros: I liked the location. The room itself was very nice and recently remodeled.
Cons: We couldn't get the wifi to work, but was no big deal.
Location: FedEx field is about a mile away, shopping center/Dave and Busters a few miles away too.
This was our second time staying at this hotel. The recent renovations are very nice. FedEx Field is a little over a mile away. It is close enough that you could walk if you wanted to, but there is a shuttle service provided for $15 round trip per person. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There was a continental breakfast that offered way more than we expected. Shopping center and Dave and Busters is just right down the road. The staff was all very friendly.
