The property was okay. We stay in this area 2-3 times a year to visit family. It looked cleaned, but i never felt like the room was really "clean" the beds were horrible. Was okay for the first 2 nights but if you stay longer than a couple nights you definitely want get a good night sleep with how uncomfortable the beds feel. Hotel staff at the front desk was very, very rude everyday. It didn't matter what shift, or how many different people i came across they were just rude at the front desk! I did like that they had a breakfast included every day and i liked that they had easy parking. But overall next time we come down I'll just pay the extra money to stay at a holiday inn or Marriott.

The clerk manager was a bit—h my key stop working only one elevator working had to wait about 15mins for it sheets had tiny holes towels are dingy carpets not clean if I could I would have left early but wanted to see the game I will not believe it Travelocity anymore

Good customer services The window treatment need to be replace. There was a great big hold in the curtains sheers. Should have never bee on the window. This should have been removed a year ago, looking at the curtain. If you are not going to replace the sheers, then take them Down.
