No refrigerator or microwave. Bathroom exhaust didn't work. Safety bars didn't work when hands had soap on them. Safety bars should have some type of rubber on them for gripping.

Other than the check-in office, the property is really not nice. This is a serious budget motel. Bath towels are a joke...and we didn't really have any hot water...a little warm.

Upon arrival to check-in, I was informed the pool was unavailable when the night before I specifically called the property to ensure pool was in available. I was informed that the pool had just been cleaned and would be open the following day. On arrival, the front desk was less than professional and non-hospitable. When I asked about the pool, her attitude was uncaring, so we cancelled our reservation on the spot. We went next door to Comfort Suites and the staff was so unbelievably positive and made you feel at home.
