Beautifully furnished condo is centrally located near dining, entertainment, and down the road from the game day shuttle parking. Only 4 miles to Kyle Field and Texas A & M, this is the perfect rental for your visit to Bryan/College Station!
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo is uniquely decorated and is fully furnished with hardwood floors throughout, full kitchen with all appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker for our guests. All toiletries, laundry detergent, towels, kitchen utensils, cookware and necessities are available to our guests during their stay. Each condo offers internet with WIFI and all utilities included. Guest have access to the salt water pool, jacuzzi, grill and lounge area.

College Station Corporate Condo
This condo is located about 15 minutes from Texas A&M University. The condo and property complex was very clean and well maintained. It came fully stocked and has everything one would need. The welcome book provided by the owners had useful information and the check in/out instructions were clear and concise. Great communication with the owners on accessing the property after hours. The area was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had an attached bath and there is even a half bath downstairs which is very convenient. The towels provided were very worn and very small, might be time to replace them. The skillet cookware was warped making it somewhat difficult to cook on the electric cook top. Perfect location and a great value for less than the nightly cost of a local hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options all within a 10-15 minute drive. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Excellent property
We were in town visiting our Daughter for Thanksgiving, the property was excellent for this Holiday. It was very spacious and the kitchen worked great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. All the pictures on the site are exactly what you see when you open the front door. The property manager was very good with communicating all the steps to check in to the property. We give the property a five 🌟 rating. Thank you for all the hospitality.

I travel a lot for family and work and stay at homes often. This property was newer and clean which is a big positive, however it was not really comfortable or relaxing. We had 3 adults-there are only 2 queen beds which we knew about and planned for someone to sleep on the couch as the home states it accommodated 4 people. There were no extra blankets anywhere to be found. The fans only had one speed (off or on) even though the switch on the wall indicated options. The shower head does not provide adequate pressure to wash your hair. The listing stated cable included, however there was only one tv in the livingroom but with 3 remotes (2 that went to other brand TVs) and the tv had a horrible picture quality (blurry) that was not even worth watching. There was no indication all rooms didn’t have a tv. The check-in emailed instructions were not accurate, parking was confusing and there was a condo building under construction which caused a mess to drive through. Zero privacy in the back as it is open to all other properties and didn’t feel extremely safe due to that. I tried to reach out to the property manager within minutes of arriving to get clarification on some of the confusing items in the email and NEVER got a response my entire stay or still at this time. Horrible Service. My child is attending A&M and we were hoping this would be our go to place for visits as they will happen often, but we will continue to look for another property in the area in the future.
