I am very disappointed with Travelocity. We got to the hotel after a long day of traveling and the clerk said they were overbooked. We received NO EMAIL and at 10:00 PM had to scramble around to find another hotel. I have always had good response with Travelocity but will most likely NEVER use it again! All local hotels were booked and we had to travel another hour for another hotel. Extremely disappointing!!!

The ac in our room didn’t work properly reported to front desk they didn’t seem to care the temp was 98. Not happy.

Was my understanding that Best Western had acquired this hotel 4 to 5 months back and had done renovations. Inside and outside of facility seemed to have new paint, new wood details at entrance, detailed out in the interior and rooms. Looked GOOD !

•First, we did enjoy the bed. Mattress were great. •However 2 days in a row I had to take cold to Luke warm showers. Not sure the cause for this. •We didn’t understand how we could hear all of our neighbors very clearly and their conversations walls seem thin I guess. Again didn’t understand and the fact we could smell our neighbors bathroom. •Had to wait on the Continetal breakfast. Do understand there was a Soccer match and many kids in house.
