The Space:
Modern, practical & inviting, this 4 BDRM home designed specifically with the short-term traveler and guest in mind and located in a vibrant, beautiful part of COS might … Just. Be. Perfect! The space was also recently updated as of April 23' with new couches, rugs, and more! Dog-friendly (also family and small-group friendly) there is space enough, beds enough (including 2 kings) and charm enough to satisfy the toughest critics. And with trails, parks, open-space, an all-out canyon (or cañon), restaurants, bars, venues so close—you'll never get bored. Take a look and book today!

Park in the driveway with room enough for 2 vehicles and enter through the front door using the private electronic code provided on check-in. You'll open the door into a modern, inviting space complete with quality furnishings and thoughtful décor — this is main-level living at it's best—featuring an open-floor concept with soft transitions between living, dining and cooking areas.

The kitchen is fully appointed and ready for your culinary creations. Spacious and stocked to stay in and prepare family meals. Located on the southwest side of Colorado Springs within a mile from the Rocky Mountain Foothills, this home is nestled in a classic area of the city dominated by the luxury and prestige of the 5-star, world-renowned hotel and resort complex that is The Broadmoor. There are a myriad of attractions in this neighborhood including the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Helen Hunt Falls, Cheyenne Cañon, Stratton Open Space, Bear Creak Park, Gold Camp Road and so many more. The area is unique, also, in that some of the best dining and nightlife in the city can be found just within walking distance. Some locales of note are The Burrowing Owl, offering surprisingly exceptional gourmet vegan cuisine in a unique, only-in-Colorado atmosphere. Getting Around:
Although there are exceptional entertainment, dining and recreational opportunities very close to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

* Garbage is located on the right side of driveway and is house side pick up on Wednesday. (No need to roll to the curb)

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

The home was pleasant and exactly as listed. We enjoyed our stay besides the few complications. Maintenance did show up twice with out warning coming straight onto the property and scared me both time. We also witnessed a mouse in the kitchen forcing us to throw away our food.

COS stay
Just wanted a place close to UCCS (my son attends) and to be able to hit a few downtown areas and get to the Gorge. Location is in a neighborhood with nothing special but close to walmart and a few restaurants. The house itself is good, but the bathrooms are small with no space to put things and the bedrooms have chairs instead of dressers to place stuff. The outside patio is nice and the hot tub and firetable both work (so bonus there).

Great home away from home in a quiet neighborhood
This property was great for our family staying a week in Colorado Springs. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood; we even got to chat with a couple of the friendly neighbors. It was very clean, and the kitchen had ample nice dishes, glasses, bowls, silverware, and just about anything you'd need to cook any type of meal (I couldn't find a pizza cutter but that was literally it, not a big deal). The property managers were extremely responsive via the VRBO app when I needed to inquire if I could have something we forgot on the east coast to the property address. While we didn't end up using the hot tub, I did take a peek and it was incredibly clean and working fine. The back patio was a delight for sitting outside and enjoying the breeze and a storm or two that passed through. The master bath was quite small but worked out just fine; the tiled shower was spacious. The hall bath was a good size. There were plenty of hampers available to collect clothes and wash in the laundry. All in all, a great place to stay, and we'd stay here again. Thanks for the stay!

Family Vacation
House was clean and had everything we needed for a family of three with 2 dogs (definitely can accommodate a bigger group than us). Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The location of the property was excellent, close to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and excellent for walking the dogs, with a small park nearby, along with some trails. The only drawback is there are dogs on each side and behind, so if your dogs like to bark through fences at other dogs be aware. This is normal for a neighborhood though and nothing the hosts of the property can control. Overall, we had an excellent stay!

Family sight seeing vacation with pet
Nice stay. Good size home, comfortable, private. Pretty, large covered patio to spend eves, and big yard for dog to run. Big renovated kitchen. A/C was a must for us and it had it but needed fans for 4th front bedroom. Updated interior was pretty, but needed a little TLC, low cost things to be replaced: blankets on beds were worn/linty so we didn't use, floor vent covers in baths rusted, toilet seats too small or loose, and would like more counter space on bath sinks. Could use a little upkeep on landscaping too. Most houses very nice in quiet brick ranch neighborhood but house next door had overgrown grass w 6 cars in drive/street, never saw any peeps though. Convenient location to Garden of Gods, Pikes Peak, old Colorado city, downtown, dog parks (Bear Creek) and hiking sights. Co Springs is very dog friendly city, recommend Pub Dog, Ceberus, White Pie Pizza, T Byrds Tacos for dog friendly good food places.
