Scenic Westside Condo near Garden of the Gods

Located on the scenic westside of Colorado Springs, this private condo is minutes from the Garden of the Gods & Old Colorado City. Manitou Springs, Rock Red Canyon, and the Downtown nightlife are all located within 5 miles of this launch pad, providing plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options for everyone! This is an older building that has been renovated, it has no A/C but does have fans installed to keep the place cool. Although it will sleep 4, it is a 2 bedroom unit and stocked as such, maxing out the occupancy will effect the comfort of your stay. Please review all pictures and ask any questions before booking.

This chic, cozy condo is designed for comfort & relaxation. The living room features a big comfy couch with double chaise that provides a view of the mountains. Also includes a 55 inch Roku Tv to login and stream your favorite shows, some games to keep things interesting, and a corn hole set in the closet for fun with fresh air & great views!

Both bedrooms have memory foam mattresses & pillows, ceiling fans, closets with hangers, and a luggage rack for your suitcase. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 40 inch Roku Tv, and a workstation if needed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a variety of books.

The kitchen has a oven, stove top, microwave & fridge, and is stocked with dishes & basic cooking supplies for preparing a meal. Also has a table for two, kuerig coffee maker with complimentary k-cups & snacks!

Guest will have full access to this unit via smart lock to come & go as they please, as well as the zeroscape outdoor area in front of this unit.

Other things to note:
This condo is a lower unit in a Fourplex building, you will hear some noise from the upstairs guest. There are dogs in two of the units but all pets will be on a leash when outside. On warm days deer will occasionally rest in the back behind the property.

Great location for Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods
Very clean, spacious apartment. Location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. Just a few minutes from Garden of the Gods. Nice mountain view from front door. Mattresses are memory foam, but are very firm. I got used to it, my daughter ended up sleeping on the couch. Everything else was excellent.

Great Location
Stayed here for 3 nights in late July for family vacation. We had everything we needed and the location is great for visiting all of the top tourist locations. Everything was as described. As noted in the description, there is no AC and even with the provided fans, it was difficult to get any real air flow so it got a bit warm. Also, our family found the beds to be quite firm, so keep that in mind if you like a softer mattress.

A Pleasant stay
My friends and I had a pleasant stay despite me somehow missing fact that the place had no air conditioning (I shouldn’t have skimmed so fast looking through the listing). The ceiling fans in the bedrooms helped with the temperature in the apartment although it was a little hotter than I would’ve liked during the day. Thank goodness Colorado cools off so much at night, unlike where we are from in the summer. The only thing that could make the place better is some form of air conditioning whether it be a unit outside or window air. The place was easy to get to and conveniently located to places we were going. And the decorations were great. We loved the couch! It’s so comfy! Over all a pretty great stay! Thank you to our host! Our host was also very on the ball about the internet when my friend accidentally unplugged the router. He messaged that he was going to be over in 30 minutes to fix it. We then realized she must’ve unplugged the router and not a lamp like she thought. We got the internet plugged back in and it worked like a charm. Thank you for a great stay, Anthony!

Great place
Comfortable and roomy bedrooms, nice and clean place. Kitchen cabinets are out dated and there is no AC. Only 4 towels for 4 people for 2 nights, could have used a few more. Most women use two towels when they shower. Only 1 an1/2 roll of TP...had to go buy our own. Could have used a few more fans through out the place just because the weather was really hot during our stay. Veey easy to check in and out and besides it being on a busy road the location was close to everything we did.

Just a described
Myself and my 2 teen daughters stayed here. Cute and comfortable place. Host replied quickly when we needed them. Beds are comfortable and they had a few toiletries stocked in the closet in case we forgot something. The people upstairs can get a little loud (seems to be when they had a grandchild over) but it wasn't too bad or late into the night. Just a mention in case that may bother someone. If we are back in the area, we would stay again. Great location to the things we were there to see, only minutes away from starbucks and dutch bros as well (added bonus) Id also recommend this place to family/friends.

Close proximity to many sights
The location was perfect for what we were doing (Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Pikes Peak). The place was well stocked and clean. Very easy check in and out. There are corn hole boards in the closet along with some games to play. The only downside is it’s next to a noisy road and you can hear the upstairs neighbors but the owners provide ear plugs in the closet which was helpful. Overall, a great place!!
