Where do I start? Totally disappointed with this hotel stay. There was no pre warning we had to pay $17 to pay for parking. When I checked in they said if you have a problem leaving the parking garage call the help button and let them know you're staying at the hotel. Of course, we had a problem, so when we hit the help button the woman kept saying that our phone was breaking up. We weren't on a phone! We pressed the help button on the ticket machine. It just made us laugh that this is obviously a continuous problem, so they should come up with a better solution. Next, the store in the store was closed for the week. The only thing open was the bar. On to our room... The water in the bathtub was leaking, and when I took a shower and looked up the vent was caked with dust. the cold water faucet was leaking water when turned on, and it wasn't a small leak, it was soaking the counter, no microwave, no bags in the trash cans. The worst part was the heater! It literally woke me up every time it turned on in the night because it was so loud and rickety. Also when the toilet had waded up toilet paper in it when we first got there, so I don't know if it was actually cleaned or if someone forgot to flush. The bed was decent. Since the restaurants were closed at 8 I asked the front desk if there were vending machines and he made a joke about how if we can find one they haven't been serviced in many years...would I ever stay here again? Never! You couldn't pay me to stay here

I would like to say we do not own the garage, and that is why we charge a flat fee of $17/night as apposed to the garages fee of $15/8 hours. I do apologize you had a hard time getting through to the garage attendant, and for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. Antler's hd NO reservation for us. I called the day before and the clerk said he saw us in the system, but would not give us a confirm number??

We got an executive suite with views of the mountain and it did NOT disappoint! Loved our stay here and loved the set up of our room- TWO BATHROOMS! Location was great, parking was easy, great stay! Would stay again for sure!
