Very convenient to Fort Jackson, clean & the staff was very friendly & helpful. There was no soap in the room but I brought some. The commode needed to be anchored tightly in the floor it made a sound when you sit on it like it was loose. Overall I would recommend, hot breakfast, good parking, friendly staff clean rooms

rooms dusty and very old. not hampton quality. common areas rugs worn, no ice machines on floors bathroom dusty and table tops dusty, and duvet old and ripped. towel dingy washclothes worn very thin cleaning people wouldl not change towels or give towels because we had 3 people in room and only 2 sets of towels. they would not empty trash in rooms. was given a large trash bag and had it in the room the entire time we were there. and had to go to front desk for towels everyday. convenient location and front desk personnel awesome

Breakfast was terrific. Staff throughout the hotel was cheery and energetic. Digital check-in was excellent. We planned to arrive early and knew as soon as our room was ready.
