The facility just seemed a little bit tired. At least the room we were in was in need of repair (bathroom toilet), and the mattress was not as nice as usual at Holiday Inn Express. Needed upgrading.

BED BUGS***I found a bed bug and they tried to say I brought it in. Now to put it in perspective I have not traveled since March 13th 2020. They gave me 3,000 points and I still had to pay for the night. I was supposed to stay all week but I packed up my bags and high tailed it out of there. I drove by a couple of days later and they were jammed packed with customers - good luck and don’t let the bed bugs bite!!!!!

This is strange because we have had Orkin inspect each of our rooms and there have been no bed bugs reported and Orkin are the trained professionals that work specifically with these types of things. So I am unsure if you have the correct hotel, we do not refund any money if there are no bed bugs reported to us by the professional Orkin team. We have not had any complaints of bed bugs until now and thank you for bringing it to our attention, although there were none found in any room. We hope that you can find better accommodations because we seem not to be a good fit for you. Safe travels to you and hopefully you can find a hotel that fits you.
