        Nice and Clean

We had a very nice stay even though we weren't there most of the time. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

            4/5 Good

              As advertised

Overall the place is true to the pictures. Check in was as simple as it could be- communication leading up to this was clear and up front with the code to get the key. Much appreciated! Bed was comfy, kitchen had the basics, bathroom had a few items like soap and shampoo, plenty of towels. I think it should be noted that there is a door that leads upstairs to their home- it has a lock chain on the apartment side for security. The dogs that live upstairs were very interested in this door and were pawing under the door here and there throughout the visit. The dogs also barked quite a bit the first night. The second night the owner was home, dogs didn't bark but be aware that you can hear a lot of walking around upstairs while in the bedroom. I love dogs and use white noise to sleep so not an issue for me, but worth noting. There were not "local goodies" as mentioned in the property description- no biggie, maybe don't list this if you don't offer it. Couch super uncomfortable, carpet pretty stained up and although the place was clean, the floor may not be so much- wiped up some water I spilled in the bathroom and the towel wasn't so pretty. Also- I had to wait until the 2nd day to get wifi info- this is listed on a card by the TV- would have been nice to know in advance. As it was, I had no access to wifi the first night, no response to my message about this until the next day and after a second message. I wouldn't just begin nosing around and looking inside a card for this info- a welcome binder, sure, but a random greeting card type thing by the TV? No, it never dawned on me. Overall, place is in a nice neighborhood, great location, easy in and out, driveway parking. Great for a place to sleep, not so much for down time. I stayed for a work training so this was perfect for me- not much time spent there and I'd much rather support a family than a hotel chain.
