It was right next to the Hwy which is normal. The entrance to the hotel isn't very clear. The pillows were too small like little squares and the carpet was gross the heating unit was very loud. Next visit I will spend more money for a better room.

It wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t a total dive either. For the price I would had expected a touch better especially since another Wyndham property that out baseball team was staying at was identical price and was more like a 4 star which included free breakfast, compared to this being a 2 star and only having free coffee, which I don’t drink anyways.

I was charged twice for the room and the amounts were not the same. Had to call and speak with someone the next afternoon, long after we checked out, to get it cleared up. We only had sheets on our bed, no covers (thank goodness we had our own). Definitely not with the $80 something that we spent to stay here.

Staff was so friendly, lots of smiles & seemed interested in our travels. The property was easy to find, very quiet, clean, neat rooms everything well maintained. At first I was concerned about using the stairs but there is a ground level entrance at the back so this was not an issue for us. We brought a dog with us & this is one of the few places in town that are pet friendly, & they really were, asking about our dog & making us feel welcome.

Oak Tree Inn

Pros: The staff was friendly.

Not impressed

The staff member I dealt with was very friendly, but it took 4 tries to find a room with hot water.  This was particularly frustrating, because she kept putting me close to the first room, which I assume  used the same hot water heater. The beds were not comfortable.  They were overly bouncy.  The pillows were ok, but they were all the same kind of pillow (rather than a variety to choose from which you may find in some hotels). There were microwaves, fridges, and small coffee makers in each of the rooms.  The air conditioner worked and was not too noisy.

Pleasant Experience

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
When we initially arrived, the heater in the room was very noisy. We brought it to the management's attention and they immediately upgraded our room. Staff was very friendly and responsive and the value for what we paid was pretty surprising.
