This hotel is trying to be new & trendy but instead has failed miserable. You have to go to anothet floor to check in with no signs telling you to do so. The elevator doesn't go to ground floor unless you call front desk. The numbers to press the floor numbers are so faint you can barely read them. Will not stay again.

The facility was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the rooms could use a couple of towel racks. There was only one knob hanger on the shower. Overall, it's a very nice hotel!!

The room was beautiful and comfortable with lots of extra design features that made me feel special and happy to be there. I only wish the fire tables on the deck had been operational. They were one of the main reasons for the booking in the first place. Still, I would return to aloft again when visiting Columbus. I enjoyed my stay.
