Staff is great. Don’t understand why you would allow vendors to work late into the evening at midnight to set off fire alarm and disturb your guests experience. Park was horrible due to construction. Could be cleaner. Room was not the cleanest and towels smelled horrible. Replacement towels were just as bad.

Motel is under renovation but appears will be very nice. First room we had, old food in refrigerstor, someone elses owftovers, very srinky. Streaks of something running down the tv screen. We were moved to another room, for handicapped. But no microwave. Went to tour the city the next day and when cane back, were locked out of our room. Front desk person said it was because they needed to move us to a different room. Moved us to 4th floor but elevator nearest was broke so had to walk a ways to lobby area to get that elevator then walk back to far area to the room assigned to us, again close to the broken elevator. We stayed a qerk. Elevator closest to room worked part of each day then would stop. Only food option at the motel is starbucks.

We stayed one night as we traveled through. Hotel was very clean, bed comfortable, staff very friendly. Hotel is located in good area. Would stay again.

Cleaning staff needs to check the mounted body wash bottles in the shower. Ours was completely empty.
