The man that checked me in charged me $40 pet deposit for our kitten who is trained to use litter. When I left Sunday he would not give me my $40 back. He said you could tell i had an animal in there, which I paid a deposit for. He was VERY RUDE. If anyone books there they are nuts. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they appreciate the customer.

Clerk very rude and tried to give me a one bed room when i reserved a 2 bed and also gave me a smoking room with my allergies when i had reserved none smoking
