I booked a room with a queen bed and a sofa. Upon arrival they said they didn't have that available only a queen. The television faced the wall so you couldn't watch television in bed. You had to sit at the desk to watch television.. I asked for extra pillows and blankets which they never brought. I would not recommend this hotel.

saw how bad it was environment wise, and decided to cancel my room. the guy at the counter told me i can cancel because i havent gone in the room yet. i asked for a refund so i can go elsewhere. he claims he was new to the job. long story short, the cancellation was successful, however, i did not receive my money back. horrible place.

Room had an odor. Drawer was missing from dresser. Found dog hair on bed sheet. Requests for more bedding were not fulfilled. Request for another room was initially not fulfilled. But done so the next day. Hotel staff were nonchalant and unhelpful. Even the hotel manager was not nonchalant when answering questions about the stay. The "Continental Breakfast" was nothing more than a snack or breakfast bar. The overall experience was disappointing. We given an extra night. But after having paid $160 dollars. The experience and stsy was cheapened by less than caring attitudes and less than satisfactory room.

ugh

Cons: cleanliness, smell
yes it is remodeled and there is an awful smell starting at the front desk. In the room, I had to: open the window, light a candle, spray and I stuffed dryer sheets in the ac unit. This had to constantly be done the entire time. I also wiped everything down with rubbing alcohol because this place is nasty flat out. The mattress cover had a rainbow of stains all over it, I put the ENTIRE bedding ensemble in the hall. the pillow had old slobber stains on it. New sheets were brought to me and THAT had a pinkish stain on it. The bedside table drawer had hair and crumbs in it from what i don't know. Yes, there is questionable activity outside, yes there are addicts pacing and whatever may go along with that. Unless you dont care about any of this kind of stuff, pay a few extra dollars and go elsewhere. Never again will I go there.

Another example of Extend Stay inconsistency

Pros: On the plus side, I was only in the room to prep for the day and crash each evening. I felt safe, and did have a fridge and shower that worked well.
I attend CrossFit sporting events every year all over the place. Extended Stays are preferred so that I might stick to my eating regiment. But each time I reserve a room I cross my fingers and hope because each ES experience is different. Sometimes it's just fine - nothing fancy but exactly what I need at a decent price. Others it's just plain gross and a let down. This ES smelled of mildew from the front office to my room. The kitchen utensils had to be requested and the one request I had wasn't available (corkscrew). We had one roll of toilet paper (though I was able to request more at the front desk). The stove burners were rusted, and the rooms were seriously out of date. On the plus side, I was only in the room to prep for the day and crash each evening. I felt safe, and did have a fridge and shower that worked well. I simply need to find a new chain that won't leave me guessing each time I confirm a reservation.
