The property was not clean. There was trash in corners and when we looked under the bed to be sure we weren't leaving anything... more trash!! The amenities were not great. The fitness room was a joke! They could at least make sure the rooms are impeccably clean!!! The breakfast was good, though.

Clean and Comfortable Hotel but . . .

Pros: Hotel and rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Access to the hotel from I-70.
Cons: Pool hours. Clean hot water in hot water dispenser. Hot breakfast. Juice inventory. 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Location: Access to the hotel from I-70 was convenient, but trying to get on Hamilton Road to get to I-70 after leaving the hotel was sometimes difficult.
The pool hours are from 9:00 to 9:00 daily. They were nice enough to extend the time to 10:00pm on Friday and Saturday but considering this was the only ‘family’ amenity they had, we were hoping the pool could stay open later. When we asked, they said that since there was no lifeguard on duty, their policy was to keep to those hours for safety reasons. After we left I thought about this and wondered why the pool was open at all since there was no lifeguard on duty at any time of day. Another reason we picked this hotel was because they advertise a free hot breakfast with your stay. Our first morning there they served sausage links, mini omelets and potatoes. At best, they were lukewarm. The potatoes were sometimes hard and I couldn’t tell if it was because they were slightly raw or possible still a bit frozen. Not sure what was wrong with the sausage links but my kids who normally inhale them said they tasted funny and wouldn’t eat them. They ran out of apple juice on Saturday morning and had none for Sunday morning. They said that they didn’t have enough delivered. You’re running a hotel 365 days a year. Bad inventory management is a very poor excuse to a customer. The hot water dispenser had remnants of coffee in it. The hotel touted their 100% satisfaction guarantee when we checked in so I was expecting very good service but I guess as long as there’s an excuse (good one or bad one) then the guarantee or good service must not apply.

I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: there was to tv guide
The hotel was quiet and restful. The free breakfast was better than I expected it be. It was more than just a sweet roll and coffee. When ever I travel I will look for a Hampton Inn.

Love Hampton Inns!

Any time I travel, I always stay at Hamptons, this one was really nicely furnished.. felt like a 4 star hotel rather than just 3. I really enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies that were baked in the evening. I woke up just in time for breakfast and it was tasty. The staff was great, very kind at check out I must add... a good check out experience means I will definitely be back at this particular location

Located right off of I70

Location couldnt have been better-- literally right off of the Interstate. Stayed for 4 nights while doing some business in the area. Redlobsters was next door, so reasonable place to eat for a quick bite. The hotel itself was clean, fitness center was decent, and the wireless was a plus. Every hotel has wireless, but I need ones with super quick speed and this hotel had just that.

Columbus, Ohio Hampton Inn I-70 and Hamilton Rd

3 Nite stay. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and excellent "free" bufet breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel for an overnite stay.
