Everything was fine with our stay until 3 days after we checked out and seen are bank statement. Manager charged us $250 for what he said was cigarette odor in our room. We do not smoke, nobody in our family smokes. I asked manager if he smelled the smoke, he said no his room maids did. I told him that it was impossible because we dont smoke. i asked manager to show me proof or let me talk to the house maids, he disrespectfully declined. I asked to talk to someone higher up than him, and he told me he was the general manager and i could not do anything about it basically. I asked him if he is going take money out of someones account then I feel like he should have to show some kind of proof, I asked if his house maids smoked and he would not give that information either. I contacted corporate 2 days ago and after an hour on hold finally got to talk to someone about my experience and she told me that someone would be in contact with me 48 hours later. I have been waiting and it is past 48 hours and have been on the phone trying to speak with someone today for 59 minutes and 13 seconds as of right now. I am going to contact the BBB and the attorney generals office because this is not right and should not legally be able to steal from people and not have any type of reasoning besides your trusty house maids smelled smoke. Atleast have some evidence to show the people you are trying to steal from to justify your actions. Just know I will not quit until something is d

We had no shampoo in our room. The bed is to close to register and cold air blows on you. The rooms allow for noise from hallway to come in. Had someone above us running and jumping, thought they were going to come through the ceiling. Our room to close to front of building, very noisy from street traffic. No counter space in bathroom. Kleenex box had 3 tissues in it. I bought a bottle of Coke and 2 candy bars that cost me $7.00.
