Property was ok. Breakfast both mornings had little there and needed replenished. Seems short staffed like most places anymore and was probably the problem.

Loved the walk in showers. Not too pleased with the breakfast selection but it was take and go because of COVID so they couldn’t do much about that

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the full-size complementary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I will be using this hotel again in the future.

Easy to locate. Paid online with travelocity, $65 MORE than it cost at the hotel when they charged my card AGAIN at check in!!! She said they were just charging me a $20 incidental fee...that would be refunded at check out if no incidents...so I paid $364 for 1 night at a holiday inn express?!?!? And the manager said “trust me it will be credited back”...yeah only the $20 incidental. Still waiting for the additional $140 back (which was their cost at the door for 1 night in this room! But travelocity was $204) CHEAPER TO STAY 2 nights at the Hilton!!!!!!!! Boo the room was not clean, there was rotten food in the mini fridge, and short curly hairs in the bathtub...gross. Never again will I book with travelocity and never again at holiday inn express!

It was a very nice place. I just wish we knew before the morning of, that the pool was closed for remodeling.
