We person at check in went above and beyond to help us. The room was not ready. She went up to the 9th floor to check. She came down and said it was ready. Excellent service.

Disappointing stay. There is no free parking. I pulled into the valet parking downstairs and got stuck in a queue for over an hour as the employee just left. I then had to park down the street in a parking garage for $25. The check in station is in a bar and there were a lot of very, very drunk people and it took forever to check in. The room was small and crowded and the bed was uncomfortable. The area around the hotel was filled with homeless people and drunk people throwing up, getting high and making out in the alley directly beside the hotel.

This place is freakin’ AWESOME. Super nice, super clean, super contemporary. I felt like I should be talking to everything (the elevator, my room, etc.). Loved the look of this place. The second floor lounge/bar is a cool place to hang out, whether in the morning or late at night. Every staff interaction we had was with kind, friendly people. We Will Be Back!!
