This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The window in our hotel room was broken with a hole in it, there was mold and mildew in the bathroom, the carpet was sticky and had a damp feel, my daughter woke up with several bug bites (not bedbugs I stripped the beds to double check when we saw the bites), and they charged me $75 for incidentals instead of just putting a hold on the money and now are trying to refuse a refund so corporate is now involved. Front desk staff was notified, but did not have another room to move us to and it was too late to book with another hotel in the area. STAY AWAY!!!

The room was the worst I have ever been in. The room smelled so bad we could not more than a minute. There were dust bunnies rolling around on the floor. There was mold on the back of the chair. The pool was an alge mess and there was cracked tiles on the floor. We quickly checked out and found a decent place. They could not refund our money and said we had to go through you.

I checked in early to get a room downstairs. I was told to come back at 3:00 (that was okay). When I came back at 2:45, she said all room had been assigned except one upstairs. I said I needed one upstairs (I didn't say but I have a heart condition.) I insisted I could climb the stairs. She said she not do anything. I SHOULD have asked for one when I booked it. MY Fault! I insisted and tossed the ken on the other counter (NOT throwing it as she claimed.) If I did not stop complaining she would call the POLICE. What?? I gave in and carried out luggage up the stairs (No elevator.) Next - When I called the front desk about the TV around 3:15, she said it was after hours. Therefore, it would be fixed the next day. That was not the end of the problems. It several calls to Travelocity to finally get my money back since she could handled it herself. We went to the Rd Roof and paid for another good. What a difference. Next time we will there.

not my favorite hotel

Pros: the staff was nice. the breakfast was ok.
Cons: rooms need painting. the floor cleaner used made the floor sticky. hair dryer didn't work. Grab bar in tub not secure to wall.
Room was VERY small. Bathroom not as clean as it should have been. Bed was comfortable and it was in a quiet location.

travelocity letdown

Cons: up grade beds at min. Travelocity should offer lower rates like hotwire or hotels . com
we purchased trough travelocity and paid more for room than than standard rate . will never use Travelocity again! The hotel room was small and mattress was terrible .
