Terrible experience ever

The hotel grass and weeds was so high you couldn't see our the window and the only tv channels were basic 4,6,10 the room has Tash left over from last guest and the tub wouldn't drain so I couldn't shower or take a bath. The couch was sunken in when you sat down there was only one plate and 2 forks and they had to be cleaned the guess next door was so loud all night I never got any sleep the room had a bad cigarettes smell

Pictures are deceiving

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Location: Bad location
First GPS makes in almost impossible to find. The grounds were horribly overgrown. The garbage can close to my building was overflowing so much that it was all over the ground. A cat jumped out with what looked like a chicken breast in it's mouth. There was garbage all over the lot. The room was surprisingly nicer than expected but still not the best. A moldy coffee filter was in the machine, the menu on the table was really nasty and sticky. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and there were chips all in the tub and floor.

Hotel room was not clean. If you subtract all that and looks at the layout it is a nice hotel. Quiet an all. You have a problem everyone passes the buck no one knows how to assist the customer. You have to wait for the manager but the manager is conviently not going to be there until you leave. No one knows nothing because they are suppose to be NEW employees

never again

Cons: everything. a lot of guest were complaining
checked into room with nonfunctioning tv and not enough towels. I found the maintenance man on my own he fixed the tv but shared that staff never contacted him about the problem. Phone call to front desk staff picked up the phone and left it off the hook never picked up. Three visits to the desk promised towels but never got them. desk staff spent a lot of time telling me that the hotel was overbooked and short staffed (not a customer problem). Checking out the next morning learned that toilet was not flushing completely. never addressed. I actually went to the front desk and borrowed a plunger and fixed it myself. Upon checkout there was no staff at the front desk. I located the woman from the breakfast area and she took my keys and said there was a computer problem and they would check me out when it was resolve so I had to leave with no receipt

The first room I was given had no heat. So, I was moved to a new location. The second location was aged and of need of updates as the cabinets and furniture were old and damaged.The lay-out of the room was good BUT the worst part was there were only two wash clothes to use for showering. No towels, let me say this again, NO TOWELS! I had to use the papertowels to dry-off. I will never stay there again.

Pros: The facility itself was okay
Cons: Location and/or directions to the facility.
Location: Not good
It was hard to find and I lived in the area for 60 years. It was not in a good area of town and should hardly have been included as close to the airport. It was at least a 20 minute drive from the airport. There was loud music and talking from adjacent rooms and when we tried to leave at 4:15 AM in the morning the exit to the parking lot was blocked by two cars with drivers who were having an argument. There was also a person laying in the parking lot face down and handcuffed. Eventually they moved the cars blocking the exit and we could escape to the airport. Basic amenities did not include toilet paper. Remove it from your list.

Never received any towels asked 2x. There was no remote in one of the rooms. I had 2 rooms under my credit card. There were dead bugs in bathroom. I will not be back

Worst Hotel I've stayed at in 50 years.

Pros: Not a thing!
Cons: Complete refurbishment, find competent maintenance personnel, replace management with people who care about their facility.
Location: Located in an industrial area. Arrived late and left early since we had trouble even sleeping in the place. Nothing worthwhile noted in the area.
The room was on the second floor and the outside light for the steps and porch was out (we arrived at night). Rug was dirty and had wrinkles it is where it did not adhere to the floor. Light over the table was out. Paint on the wall to the bathroom was scarred and unsightly. Toilet seat was loose and had an apparent unsuccessful attempt at a jerry-rigged repair. The rod for the shower curtain was coming off the wall. A wall-mounted TV set had been removed in the bedroom and the unsightly mount remained on the wall. A TV in the upper bedroom had been mounted and the wall behind it was open and not finished. The table in the kitchenette area was poorly joined at the wall with deteriorated caulking to the wall. Several areas at corners of the room walls to the floor were damaged and unprepared. The bed linens did not appear to have been laundered or replaced since the last occupant. Exterior maintenance appeared to be as poor as the interior: cracked and damaged sidewalks, wooden stairs needed painting.

Not a nice place to stay.

The room was not very clean at all. I found needle caps in my room and empty baggies that obviously had drugs in them. I had a non smoking room. That had cigarette burn holes all over the couch, bed, and floor. The couch was very nasty with white stains all over it. I covered it with a sheet just to sit on it. When I notified the front desk about the drug stuff left in the room, they came and collected it and apologized for it. And stated there are good and bad people everywhere. Well yes there is but do you not clean your rooms. There was also a couple rooms next to us that was having parties that night. And the steps fell so the was cautioned taped off. Everyone who worked there cleaning rooms was always walking around on their phones. They came in our room the first time to clean and did nothing but throw the bed sheets half way on the bed. No fresh towels or anything not even sure why they walked in our room. So after that I asked them to stay out of our room. I will never stay there again ever!

Not good

Couch sleeper has nasty stains, the toilet seat had been touched up with a white paint. The entire place needs to be upgraded.
