2 Night Stay in Little Nashville
We had a wonderful time at The Nest with our family. Everything was walkable and perfect for both kids and adults. A hike in Brown County State park was less than 10 minutes away, driving. The host was a great communicator, and the house had a large entertaining space for our group, complete with extra board games. As stated in reviews, the layout is a bit untraditional, but it did not impact our stay. We can't wait to visit again!

Girls weekend
The Nest is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a 3 generation girls weekend and the home was close enough to go back for bathroom breaks and unload packages and then head back out. I had stayed at the Nest a few years ago and the updates they have made are very nice. I will definitely stay again! You cannot beat the location.

Friends Trip for Music Center
Property is excellently located for walking the entire downtown area. Host was responsive and property was clean and perfect for our group. Layout is a little quirky. One bedroom is upstairs with half bath. Overall, would recommend this property for a weekend in Nashville!

Another Great Stay!
This is our 5th annual girls' trip at The Nest! As always, it was very clean and comfortable. It is spacious enough for our group of seven, and so cutely decorated. The owners have continued to make improvements to the property. The new coffee bar is super cute and very convenient! The property's location cannot be beat for easy walking to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Nashville. We are so happy we found this gem and we will be back next year!

Christmas Stay
We stayed here over Christmas. The Nest was decorated very tastefully for the holiday, which we enjoyed. The only complaints we had were the front door- we wished it offered more security, and that that the interior doors would stick, thankfully our children are heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother them. The house stayed incredibly toasty, and was very clean- I didn’t notice any dust! Communication was pleasant and prompt. Thank you to David and family for letting our family (5) enjoy our Christmas vacation!

We are long time college friends who stayed for two nights. We found the house clean and comfortable. We stayed during the first week of December and appreciated the pretty Christmas decor! Last minute mini fall break
We enjoyed our stay at The Nest! The place was very clean. The location was central to all of the shops and restaurants which was nice. We could see renting this house for a girls weekend or other gathering in the future. Thanks again!
