I reserved a two bed two person room ground floor or elevator availability. My daughter is currently on crutches. Travelocity said they had an elevator. On arrival I was told I had a one bed one person reservation. No elevator and to be ground floor two bed room would be 10.00 plus tax. The beds were queens not doubles. Not my choice but I had to take it because I assumed there would be no refund.

Worst Service/Breakfast ever!
My family and I were evacuated from Sonoma County Kincade Fire. We arrived late 11pm and the clerk was very short and rude and had no sympathy. When we got in the room the fridge was leaking water and very loud throughout the night. My kids were so hungry for the breakfast the motel provides, so we went to the lobby and there was no coffee, stale danishes and the cereal containers were broken and my kids couldn’t even have cereal. Then I went to check out and asked for a receipt and the same clerk from the night before said he could not provide me with a receipt because I booked with a 3rd party. If I were you I wouldn’t choose this place!! Save your money!!
