There was no hot water this morning when I went to take a shower. I ran the water for at least 15 minutes without success. When I called the front desk about the problem no one picked up. When I went to check out the person at the front desk barely spoke English. This is a terrible place and I'll never stay there again. Travelocity should remove them from your site as they are giving you a bad name.

The bathroom sink would not drain. We could see all of the sludge that was built up in the drain. Disgusting! It also took extremely long to get hot water. The shower was almost impossible to adjust the temperature. There was old, rotten food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. The free breakfast was “minimal” at best.

NEVER AGAIN

Pros: It was close to the location of my doctors appt. and was in a nice area.
Cons: Management could come out from behind the desk and attend to the needs patrons. Get rid of the loiters outside at night.
Location: Found a great Mexican restaurant down on Monument Blvd!
Third floor room, with a kitchen, we had to ask for a coffee pot and all items needed for kitchen, then we had to go get them as they were never delivered as promised. Second - the fitted sheets would not stay on the mattress, nor was there a mattress cover on the mattress. The mattress was worn and uncomfortable and I did not sleep because of the yelling going on in the parking lot right outside the front lobby doors, which floated up to the 3rd floor window, where we had thought it would be nice to get fresh air. WRONG.

Weekend in Pleasant Hill

Pros: The proximity to where we needed to go and free wifi.
Cons: The hotel needs an overhaul. Rooms need to be cleaned and freshened. Whatever the odor is, needs to be eliminated.
Location: The location was fine. We were in town for a party, so we didn't do anything else while we were in town.
The outside of the hotel is nice. It's when you get in the elevator and rooms that things get yucky. There are no ice machines in the hotel. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. The room was drab and had a bad odor. Everything looked old and dingy. There was a bag of trash in the hallway on the way to our room one night and it was still there the next morning. The elevator floor was dirty, like it hadn't been vacuumed or swept in a long time. Everything looks old and worn out. The floors and carpet appeared to be somewhat new. Since we were only staying two nights there was no maid service, but we could exchange towels, if we wanted to at the front desk.

Extended Stay Pleasant Hill

About what you'd expect for the price. Room was missing pots and pants in the kitchen ( not that we needed them, just a note), tv remote didn't work. Other than that I have no complaints.

Room was stinky, and looked outdated TV channels sucked! Weren't all cable channels, hallway was loud, dogs barked throughout my stay from night until morning
