I didn't like anything about this property. The pictures on Travelocity looked like a new motel when in fact it was a very old motel that had a new coat of paint inside and not much else. When I came back after a very intense dentist appointment the room was stripped of all linen. When I asked when they would finish cleaning my room they said it would be at least 4:00 p.m. Shortly after I left even though I had paid for a second night. I know it wasn't refundable and learned again, you pay for what you get. It was a very bad experience. Charlene Henney

Showed up to the property to check in for the 2 nights we had booked for $96 and said they had no booking on their system, wound up paying 79 for one night and went somewhere else for the second night.

First off, when I arrived at the property I was told I had to pay a $50 security deposit IN CASH. I told him all I had was a credit card, he declined. So at 9:30pm at night I had to go looking for an ATM with my son. Then I was told the room had to be inspected upon checking out in order to get the cash back. Second, the room was NOT what was pictured when I booked my stay. The room showed a couch/love seat, that was not the case, it was a small chase. There were two locations where there was exposed live wiring. One was on the night stand light, the other was above the sink in the bathroom. Third, the room air unit would not stay at a constant temp or anything close to it. It was 36 degrees outside, our room would swing from 64 to 74, no where around 70. Upon checking out in the morning, a different lady greeted me, took my room key and handed me my cash back, didn't look at the room, so what was the point.

Don’t care to make another reservation there again, the man at the got my info and told me my reservation had been canceled then got on computer for a few minutes then printed something and The description for cancelation stated reason 8 and couldn’t tell me what that ment, but on my side nothing in my account or email says it was canceled. It’s still showing the room is waiting on me.
