Staff were nice, the room was not that clean tables and night stands were wet, i had to change pillows, they smelled, the pillowcases was not changed, not clean.

Old, run down. Tiny room. Pool closed in the heart of summer. Continental breakfast was a joke. Cold gravy. Very little too choose from. No elevator to upper level rooms.

Property not like the pictures. Pool looked dirty and hot tub not working on the first day and pool table not working either. The room was fine.

Nice atmosphere

Pros: I was somewhat (pleasantly) surprised @ how clean everything was for such a large facility.
Location: Good restaurants nearby. University of Central Arkansas was easy to get to (went to the football game). Lots of Antique and Flea Market shopping.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool was great and the free breakfast well presented. I also liked the fact that there was a wide variety of restaurants within a short distance.

warm and safe environment

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, helpful info at the front desk
I love the fact that everything was pleasantly clean. There were no bugs or insects. Hospitality was a plus...very helpful service and the front desk. I had a great time and will recommend this hotel. I will pay a visit for sure this year soon.

Functional but nothing special

This hotel is a bit run down. The pool area is very dark, even on a bright sunny day. The breakfast area is always very damp and muggy because it is in the same area as the pool. The staff have always been nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is very convient to shopping and restaurants. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is very good.
