Loved the beauty of the property, the staff, the food, and comfort of the room. Wish that we had toilet area with dedicated shower (room was designed for disabled - we are not). Was surprised that there was no same day or self service laundry.

Poor cleaning - probably a year's worth of dust next to headboard. Left messenge for manager - no follow-up. Spa hot tub mildly warm and steam room a little warmer. Carpet threads loose in room, no electrical outlets near headboard, etc., etc. Overall - disappointing.
