Room was small. Man and woman not partners needed 2 beds. Not available. Little room for sleeping bag. Help was friendly.

YOU booked the room with Travelocity and YOU chose a room with only one bed. So, I'm not sure you found this to be a negative part of your review and any fault of Alpine Motel. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be accommodating to our somewhat unique needs. I could not have asked for a better experience. As a backpacker who was literally walking into town it was so nice to know that everything was in order and taken care of. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Worst place i have ever stayed. Room was never cleaned. The free wifi did not work. The only plus was front desk was friendly.

However, you published your review anonymously, so I have no way to look up which room you were in. I am the only one who works the front desk, so I definitely appreciate the kind words about the service I gave. I only wish you had let me know of your other issues so I could have resolved them immediately.
