They didn't advertise on their website that the outdoor pool was closed and they were not serving the complimentary breakfast. I understand many hotels have had to make changes in these times but they advertise them on their websites instead of springing them on unsuspecting guests when they arrive. If I had known these facts beforehand, I would have booked elsewhere. Also there were bugs, both living and dead in the room.
