This house is completely new inside and fully furnished! 3 queen size bedrooms, 2 full baths, large TV room with a 55 inch flat screen TV, Roku, free wifi, internet, leather couch and chairs. Each bedroom has a TV with a Amazon Firestick. The property is on a one acre lot with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. New deck area with Weber barbecue grill. Enjoy the peace and quiet while being only 2.8 miles from Dreams Park Baseball fields, 2.8 miles from Ommegang Brewery, 3 miles to Baseball Hall of Fame and 1 mile from several restaurants and shops.

This property was fantastic. Our accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was clean & delightfully decorated. It was an easy drive to the Baseball Hall of Fame. We had no problems whatsoever.

Weekend getaway
Great property! Excellent location, perfect accommodations and friendly host. We have been here twice and both times, lots of snow! No worries though, the owner plowed us out the first time and this time had plenty of space for parking when we arrived. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and plenty of amenities to ensure we had the basics covered to be able to enjoy our weekend.

Great place close to everything
The house was perfect for our son's trip to Cooperstown. We were five minutes from the main part of town. There was plenty of room outside to relax and let our son run off some energy. Inside we were surprised to find there was everything you need to make yourself at home even plenty of coffee for the coffee pot. The house was very spacious and the owner was always available to answer any questions. We would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable way to enjoy a few nights in Cooperstown.

Why would you ever stay at a hotel when you can stay here?
Really great place to stay great. Location very close to the baseball Hall of Fame. Very clean house. Very nice house and really not much more than it would cost to get a hotel room. Three adults stayed there and had time in the evening to play cards and watch TV together as a group not stuck in one hotel room. Would definitely stay here again in the area. Really nice owners

Great space, nice and clean, well appointed
My husband and I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed this property. Check in simple, host was very quickly responsive, and the place is clean and well appointed. Will consider staying again if the opportunity arises. Thank you!
