They’re renovating, which wasn’t disclosed until after I had booked it. I don’t care that the hot tub wasn’t working but the deadbolt in our recently replaced door didn’t fit and wouldn’t lock. That was really unacceptable - it didn’t feel safe - but it was late and we needed to sleep. We should have gotten a big discount under the circumstances. A couple of other things - the ice maker wasn’t hooked up and the side doors were locked and aren’t able to be opened even with a room key. We were at the very end of the hall and had to go through the lobby and down the hall with all our luggage. The guy at the front desk was very nice; none of this was under his control.

When we arrived we found out there was construction going on in the hotel. That also meant that the pool was closed. We would have appreciated, no expected, to be told about this when we reserved the room for 4 nights. We asked other guests and they weren't told about this either.

The Inn was very well maintained and they especially made our dogs feel welcome. They have a special area dedicated for dogs and our pups especially loved the doggy snacks.

The hotel is very clean and the pool is well maintained. We were in town for a wrestling tournament that we go to annually, and this is now our go-to hotel.
