The NH Collection hotel in central Copenhagen is a wonderful modern hotel very clean with Queen sized beds and elegant furniture. When you first arrive and take the escalators up to reception you are hit with a beautiful smell of Oud which was a nice welcome. The location is a central location in Copenhagen and barely 4 minutes walk from Christianshavn Metro station which itself is about 15 minutes by Metro directly from the airport. All the major attractions were close and we walked to many of them usually less than 30 minutes. Check-in was very good and quickly handled by lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was also very good – not the biggest selection I have enjoyed but certainly plentiful choice and everything is of high quality and extremely well prepared and presented. We went for breakfast usually around 9am and expected queues but there was never any waiting and there were always tables available. We had dinner at the Plates restaurant. Please note that this restaurant is independent of the hotel and you cannot charge the meal to your room. We enjoyed a 10 course tasting menu which was excellent and the staff there were superb and so helpful and friendly and eager to please. The only negatives: The is location is central but there is not an abundance of restaurants immediately nearby. The pillows are too soft and puffy for a good sleep if you like firm pillows. The gym is very basic. But these issues did not stop us enjoying staying there.

Location convirniemt to center 4-5 min drive. 20 min walk. All hosts at every location front desk, bar, restaurant were kind and welcoming while answering all questions. Cleanliness & comfotability, absolutely loved this hotel !

Excellent hotel with superb level of service provided by their staff. Great for couples - my wife and I went to celebrate her birthday and couldn't find fault with the hotel. Had breakfast each morning and was truly one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to stay here again.
