Conveniently located very near a bus stop, and easy walk to the train station. Automated check in takes some getting used to. Clean enough, and easy storage of baggage before/after stay. But, the rooms are TINY.

The hotel was fine, but very bare-bones. This is to be expected for the amount paid, so it isn't a criticism so much as a simple comment.

The check in was very frustrating. There are 12 self check in computers but none work. There are 4 positions for clerks but only 2 on duty. One of the clerks is also responsible for the snack bar so if someone wants to purchase a can of Coke that leaves one clerk to check in guests. I arrived at 1900 hardly peak hours. It took 30 minutes of waiting in line to be served. The clerk was pleasant and just as frustrated as I was. This is the third time I have stayed here, probably the last time. The other times were the same.

The room was nice, clean, functional. Although there are 12 computer stations for check in, none are operational. There are 4 positions for clerks but only 2 clerks working and one of them was also responsible for the snack bar. Consequently it took 46 minutes to check in. I saw people leaving to go elsewhere.
The elevators are another failure. One was out of operation of the remaining 3 it appears that only 1 would respond to the call button. Once on the elevator it would randomly stop at floors. After riding up and down past my floor that was selected and lit up I got off on the floor above and took the stairs down.
