Many things broken down. Our son had to change rooms due to broken electrical card slot. Then the room he was given didnt have the view paid for. No compensation and didnt care. Our room had bugs in the bathtub & was dirty. The bar staff didnt come to your table. No problem. But they ignored you at the bar and there were only 2 other couples present. They closed the restraunt early because of a private party. No problem. But you could not order food in the bar. Then they wouldnt allow a takeout order. We were restricted to the late night menu of pizza. They wouldnt let us eat it anywhere but our room. Not what we intended when we booked this hotel. When the pizza was delivered from room service, it was delivered in boxes, no plates, no napkins or knives to cut through the portions of pizza they missed. We changed our original hotel to this one because of the restaurant and the river views. Very dissapointing and a total waste of money. We wish we had kept our original hotel reservation at a different place. .
