The front desk team was super friendly and engaging from check in to out and every time we passed the desk. They gave suggestions for dining and kindly helped with our needs. Breakfast was well tended and staff was also friendly. I love Hampton Inn-never disappoints, and it’s nice to see the positive messages everywhere. I also appreciated the staff masking. Thank you 😊

This hotel was better than the last one we stayed in. The checkin guy was nice. The keys to my room did not work. He gave me another room. The toilet didn’t flush in one of my two rooms so he gave me another room. My keys again stopped working twice more so the manager was kind enough to give me a partial refund. Breakfast was decent and parking was good. The lobby was set up for Covid precautions which I thought was great. There was a Denny’s nearby and we found a perfect restaurant (the Astor) nearby which served delicious food.

Great Stay and Great Price

I just left the hotel, where my wife and I stayed for 5 days. I was astounded by the courtesy and hospitality of the staff. We were in town for a convention and spent most of the afternoons and the nights in the hotel. We loved our room and were very happy to tip the houskeepers who kept our room fresh and clean during our stay. Isaac checked-us into our room with such great professionalism and speed. I had the pleasure of meting the manager and he was very kind and helpful in making us feel welcomed to the hotel. The breakfast host (don't remember her name) was so kind and was eager to strike up a early morning conversation to get my day started on the right track. There is nothing that can make you feel so good about the start to your day, than to have great sleep on such a comfortable bed and a smile on your face as you head out to the parking lot. It simply feels good to be taken care of. Thanks for the Hamptonaility!!! We will be back.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast excellent.

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet
We brought our son and his family also. The rooms were very nice. But our window looked directly out to a brick wall, not what we would have chosen. Also the pool had so many chemicals none of us could stand to be in the area. We were there for only one night and it was just fine, but just as a place to stop over when you are traveling.

Wonderful!

Loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Excellent rooms, very caring and attentive staff and did their best to accomodate all guests. Definately will return and stay there everytime I visit the city.
