Staff was ok...and place was clean...check in did take a bit long like 45 minutes...apparently they were cleaning the rooms and were calling people as rooms became available and check in was till 4pm...rooms are alittle outdated...but clean...alittle wear and tear are visible...did not have breakfast we woke up late...easy access to the T-Heads...1 block away...walking distance...overall i give this place a 4star...

The picture on the website of the hotel is a old picture a d its nothing like it looks now. The breakfast it was okay.for a snack. The beds and the rooms were good and great view I had.

i didnt like anything the tooms were so nasty an gross not worth 160.00 i will start useing another web site to book my hotels this is the 3rd time i have had a bad experience the picture's for all the holtels are lies

The rooms were filthy. The pool was GREEN. Water in my room DID NOT WORK. The phones in the room DID NOT WORK. There was NO WIFI. 0/10. Will NEVER COME BACK

OK, this place is a dump in that it is old and barely maintained in terms of such things as electrical outlets, door locks and handles, and so forth. No Wifi above the lobby. On the other hand, however, the adventurous may find compensating factors in the fine bay view from the bay side and from the location a block from the Marina. You may be able to get a rate that competes with other places in the area, and there is also a certain grandeur within the building itself, with suggestions of a historic past. The staff seem nice, and parking is free and convenient.
