We had a giant cockroach that jumped into our bed from the wall inside the room. Commode was also dirty. Breakfast was horrible!

clean rooms, friendly staff, but hard rock beds

Pros: room was very clean
Cons: maintenance needed on hot tub.walls very thin need insulation, could hear the person next door everytime they cough. new mattress' needed.
Location: north west not much at all around
rooms were very clean staff friendly and helpful beds hard as a rock. maintenance needed on hot tub; was missing filter cover on bottom and screws where sticking up on the other covers.

Smelly

Booked hotel room for the night. The front desk ladies were really nice and helpful. We get to our room and it reeked of smoke. We tried airing it out for a bit and I went to lay down when I noticed a thick black hair on the pillow. We called to see if we could get a different room, but they were booked for the night. We need up canceling our stay and left. The front ladies, however were excellent.
