The outside is not well kept and extra outdoor lighting is needed. The room was in fair conditions. Front desk was a bit troubled. I booked thru my app and was questioned repetitiously at the front desk. Staff asked for my id which i presented and a credit card on file which i had on hand but the staff still questioned that I did not look like the picture in my id. I also presented and had my passport with itinerary number. Still he questioned my booking. It made me uncomfortable because i presented 2 forms of id, my debit card used to book the room and itinerary number and still he doubted me for a 1 night stay.

I'm sorry about any inconvience that you aquired. We take your comments very seriously. We are required to ask for Id and Credit Cards on arrival, also we care about our guest and try to make sure that there are no security issues involved. We humbly apologize again for any inconvience.

I did like the view of the beach. I didn't like the inside of the rooms very much it needs remodeling and maybe furnishing could be better. Also the pool was dirty, dirt was all at the bottom.

Unfortunately we are not on the beach so there is a confusion of a different Knights Inn that is located at the beach. We are not at the beach as we are 5 miles from the beach. Our Pools and rooms are well maintained through daily routine services.

Must take care of mold on walls. The smell of the room was a little musty. Got cut by a metal sticking out from bed in room 157. The curtains are a little dirty and dusty. The sheets need to be washed properly. Their was no hot water.
