Super helpful staff before we arrived and in the middle of the night when the shuttle from the airport was tied up gathering other guests. Front desk couldn't have been more pleasant and knowledgeable. One tiny hiccup was that our room was placed on a knocking wake up call a bit earlier than we wanted/knew about. After not getting into the room before 2 a.m. the 8:30 wake up was startling. All worked out for the best! Will certainly stay again (and put my do not disturb on the door!)!!

I loved the location and easy access to restaurants and stores. The concierge was the downside. On the day I arrived there was a mishap with the spelling of my name on the reservation. Only one staff member decided to help me and while the rest ignored me

This was a fabulous stay

Not what I expected for a Hilton

Pros: The lobby area was well maintained and looked nice. Courtesy Shuttle to the airport was convenient.
Cons: I would have assumed that they, Hilton, would have never let that blower run like it did, that was absolutely ridiculous.
Location: Restaurant in hotel if needed but there was also a variety of restaurants within walking distance.
Check-in went just fine but I was assigned a smoking room but said they were "sold out" and could not change the room. The blower in the hallway ceiling ventilation system was horribly loud. They promised to have it looked at but four hours later there was not change, noise kept me up all night.
