checking in was not pleasing at all..... we paid for a room with ocean view... Arrived at the resort at 1 pm and was told our room would be ready at 3 pm... Went up to get the room keys and the room as not ready.... Then they tried to give us a room on a lower floor with out any money back for what we paid for .... Other people were checking in and was getting there room key right away . 2 hours later we finally got our room... The food on the resort ( Buffet ) was not good at all, we actually had to go off the resort to eat due to the food not being good ....

Liked the location of the property and most all else. We did have days when the buffet food could have been a lot hotter but it was always good flavor. Loved the place and would go back.

The staff were amazing. The entertainment staff were outstanding. They made our time at the hotel more enjoyable. The food was not bad. Most of it was great, but the red meat and chicken could use some work. The fish was amazing. This place is so clean. Even when it rained they were immediately cleaning everything. There were plenty of lounge chairs. The beach is very small but the swim up pools makeup for the small beach area.

I was not pleased with the staff upon arrival; Only one person attending and answering calls. Very hot lobby; room was not cleaned daily unless I requested and made the call; No toilet paper left even when they appeared to clean; Coffee pot was never cleaned once from the point of arrival. When asked questions at the front desk, they appeared rude and could care less. Food was not the best; Luggage had to be called 2 times to be picked after more than 2 hours of not appearing at lobby. Pools were small. The entertainment could use some creativity. Sharky Boy from the entertainment was the best on the team and could use some help.

The friendliness and availability of the staff . The rooms were always kept very clean. There is always someone available to help you with anything you can do or give advice on things you can do while at the resort or in the area. Its just me, we did not care for the environmentally friendly A/C controls. Thought it took to long to cool off the room.
